From customer to founder this is personal.
I did not start out as a seller. I started as a customer, just like you.
Not long ago, I was on a journey, one fueled by curiosity, frustration, and a desire to change. I was overweight, tired, and skeptical of every quick-fix solution out there. By luck I found a subreddit and my journey towards loosing over 60 pounds continues. That transformation changed everything.
At the end of the post, I’ll “show off” a bit…
But Then I Noticed Something
As I explored, I began noticing things that didn’t sit right:
- Labels without batch information (getting better, until you press them a bit)
- Suspicious coloring (one product was just red food dye seriously?)
- Slow shipping from overseas.. remember 2 weeks is SPEEDY..
- Difficult customer service is common
- Crypto Only..(I love it now, but man that was a lot to overcome)
I was putting my trust (and my money) into products that did not give me confidence. That’s when I realized: someone needed to raise the bar.
